Huge Props to the ladies of Iron Mass

There is nothing sexier than a woman who knows she needs to "lift like a man" !

Day in and day out, I see out of shape women at my gym who make no progress ever, and all of their routines are very similar... I like to call it "The girl workout". What is "The girl workout" you ask?

it starts with a ridiculous amount of time on the elliptical, anywhere from half hour to hour and a half.... they do it so often that they never break a sweat. Then begins the "weight lifting" part.... which consists of the hip abductor and adductor machines, the torso twist machine, the resistance ab crunch machine, and a zillion sit ups. Once in a while you'll even catching one using some light weights on the leg press.

And that's it! These women look EXACTLY the same as they did when I joined the gym a YEAR ago....

So, props to you all who do bench presses, squats, and dead lifts. Props to the ladies that lift hard and heavy and grunt like an animal as they squeeze out their last reps. You all rock my world very much so. A lot of women could take a huge clue from you, your programs, and your frame of mind.

Even worse is I see a ton of guys doing the same workout.
