Stretched Arch

I was running on tuesday and I felt a stretch in the arch of my foot and it felt like it was gonna tear every time I ran full speed.

so I ignored and thought it was just my shoe or something then it happened again today.

Any advice on what to do?

I get it every so often. its like a growing pain? idk, thats what I always though, but who knows.

Dunno bro but I hurt the outside of my arch yesterday during leg day. Hobbled a bit now.

The arch of your foot is nothing to mess around with.

The bottom of our feet have more nerve endings than any other part of our bodies and therefore it's very important to make sure they are very happy.
