| Going Pro BBer in '08-'09 | I think it is called "Adrenal Fatigue". Luckily, Palo Alto Labs said they are sending a free bottle of their stuff for me to run a log on. It is designed to help people with this problem. Symptoms: - Lazy ass motherfooger - No energy - Always exhausted - Sleep 12 hours a night, could go 16 but damn daylight and life Also... I am now on: 1,000mg Testosterone a week 120mg Anavar a day 100mg Proviron a day ... I don't feel "on". The gear is legit though, because I am recomping pretty nicely on Maintenance +200/300 calories a day. No extra drive or aggressiveness. Even my workouts are not any more fun than usual. It is crappy. Thoughts?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Adrenal Fatigue. those symptoms are very broad as far as diagnosing the problem. I know because I had/have them and after thousands of dollars of medical bills(with insurance coverage) they still don't know. We'd have to know a lot more about you than you probably care to give out to actually help narrow it down to only a dozen or so issues ![]()

| IronMass Sponsor | I have adrenal fatigue from stimulant burnout. I'm also on the Reset AD and it really does help. Its not an instant fix and I dropped out all stims to give myself a chance to recover. But the Reset is good stuff. Hope you get energy back soon it really sucks. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 75 | I've had a lot of those symptoms numerous times and what ive found other than possible medical problems, which I dont believe to be the reason, is lack of motivation. When im working for something, some goal of mine that I set, all that stuff disappears and im back on track. When I dont have something to work for everything lacks. I dont feel like getting up, dont feel like driving to the gym, sometimes takes me 30 minutes of telling myself to go before I actually do something. Thats how I see the situation, that how Ive dealt with it. Though of course yours could be completely different and this isn't the problem. Just a thought.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | How is this coming along Grunt? I used to feel that way a long way back but taking a B50 daily has pretty much eliminated that completely. Not sure if you take it but if you don't do! Takes about 30 days to fully kick in but you will feel much better. |

| Going Pro BBer in '08-'09 | B50? What is that? There are some indications that I may be a long-time sufferer of sleep apnea, which would mean that I don't actually sleep at night, and wake up hundreds of times without knowing it. That would explain a LOT. So I am pursuing this avenue.

Going by some of our previous posts. I am going to guess stress is the cause, or atleast a very large part of it.

Jamieson Laboratories - Vitamins & Supplements better then B12 shot's IMHO. If it's sleep apnea you'll need treatment for it.

| Going Pro BBer in '08-'09 | I finally solved this riddle. Ready? Large shakes. 3 or more scoops of protein (containing protease enzyme to ensure digestion) simply smack me down like sleeping pills. In that state, even dragging my ass from one room to another became a difficult task. Meals were of course almost unthinkable, so I relied more on... you guessed it... protein powder. Another 3 scooper down. Ugh. Now, 1-2 scoops in water and I am fine. 2 scoops in milk is really stretching it, and usually results in me wanting to take a nap. So there it is, the large-shake syndrome, case number 1.
