Not if your Doctor gives them to you after you have had surgery...

And I do NOT.. take them all the time.. only if I really really need them.. I wont take them just to go to sleep.. I will sit here and play games on the computer before doing that.. because they are addictive... and that is something I do not need...

I will take one if I am hurting and regular Tylenol doesnt work..

I find meditation before bed helps me sleep better, too. Relaxs you and helps lower the stress from the day so you can get to sleep.

I'm on winter break right now from school and taking full advantage of it. Last night I slept 13 hours uninterrupted, but my cell phone woke me up at 2 PM.

If unbothered, I'll sleep for a good 14 hours straight, no problem, and if I have nothing to do I might stay in bed for another few hours dozing in and out of sleep :nosthumbs

So don't worry, Rob, you're not the only one who likes to sleep

Sleeping too much can **** your metabolism. Try and not to sleep more than 9 hours at a time. Sleeping so long without food or activity will place you into a 'hibernation' mode and you'll feel like shit all day.

Default Re: Sleeping Problems?

Something I've been doing lately that has been working for me is to fall asleep 'feet first'. What I mean by that is I get in bed and concentrate on letting my feet get really relaxed first, then work my way up to my legs and thighs, then the arms and torso, and by the time I make it to my head I'm usually asleep. Works 9/10 times for me.

I just envision these things lurking in the dark. I usually pass right out from fear.
