I wont take them just to go to sleep.. I will sit here and play games on the computer before doing that.. because they are addictive... and that is something I do not need... I will take one if I am hurting and regular Tylenol doesnt work..

| Pro Stature | I find meditation before bed helps me sleep better, too. Relaxs you and helps lower the stress from the day so you can get to sleep.

| Pro Stature | Sleeping too much can **** your metabolism. Try and not to sleep more than 9 hours at a time. Sleeping so long without food or activity will place you into a 'hibernation' mode and you'll feel like shit all day.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 128 | Something I've been doing lately that has been working for me is to fall asleep 'feet first'. What I mean by that is I get in bed and concentrate on letting my feet get really relaxed first, then work my way up to my legs and thighs, then the arms and torso, and by the time I make it to my head I'm usually asleep. Works 9/10 times for me. |
