Here might be a typical day and my sleeping schedule: 5:40am wake up Go to work, come home, work out. Usually take a 2-4 hour nap. Eventually go to sleep at around Midnight-12:30 (I really can't/don't want to go to sleep much earlier than that). Repeat process. So I still tend to get my 7-8 hours of sleep a day, just in a funny way. Would this pose any problems? I usually get good sleep on the weekends. Any info much appreciated. :sleepey:

| Soldier In Progress | I know I've read you should just go through 2 REM sleep periods per 24 hours. REM usually lasts ~4 hours, so if you sleep in 2 4 hour bricks, might help.
