I started taking THIS product for joint support, but it also helps keep your skin soft, smooth, and looking young. I'm on my last bottle of this stuff and am trying a Walmart formula soon which is much cheaper and will post the results.

I believe in taking care of myself, in a
balanced diet, in a rigorous exercise routine. In the
morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice
pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand
now.

After I remove the icepack, I use a deep
pore-cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a
water-activated gel cleanser, then a honey-almond body
scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub.

Then I apply an herb mint facial masque which
I leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my
routine.

I always use an after-shave lotion with little
or no alcohol because alcohol dries your face out and makes
you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye
balm, followed by a final moisturizing "protective" lotion...

All kidding aside they say the best thing for your skin is to use a exfoliant.. facial scrub etc. they make them for your body, and face... Your skin will take great care of itself once you do this... Other than that I take in a few tablespoons of sesame oil a day, and my skin is great...

Do you like Phil Collins? I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album. :bigthumbu

My suggestion for cleansing is to use a glycolic acid - AHA cleanser at the end of the day.

Let's hear some more tips... :hooligan:

Yes but before that I really didn't understand any of their work. It was too
artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where Phil Collins'
presence became more apparent. I think "Invisible Touch" is the group's undisputed masterpiece.

LOL.. Awesome movie.. I knew you would figure it out....

Wow. No girls answered?

A bit of castile soap to cleanse: http://www.desertessence.com/pages/spa.html#tcfseakelp

A little witch hazel for the last bit of oil or makeup: http://www.fromnaturewithlove.com/pr...h&searchflag=1

A spf 30 sunscreen serves as moisturizer in the daytime: http://www.neutrogena.com/ProductsDetails_164.asp

A bit of jojoba oil to moisturize at night: http://www.fromnaturewithlove.com/pr...o&searchflag=1

cheap scrub:
Take a bit of raw sugar and mix in some jojoba oil and a few drops of lavendar.

No the oil won't break you out, the link explains why.
