Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | I have a moderately mild (I'd say) case of pectus excavatum, or "funnel chest." Basically, my breastplate dips inward. It has never really bothered me... but lately I kind of just wish I had a fuller, flatter chest. Are there any exercises that would help make this condition less noticable. if not dissapear? I bench alot... I'm hoping to just get my pecs so big that they fill in the hole. I could post a picture of my chest if anyone wants to evaluate it. |
