Default MCL Help Needed

About a month ago I kinda tweaked my left MCL in softball, don't know how i did it but after I got home it was hurting. Now if I twist my knee or do a lot of jump off of my left leg {i.e. basketball} it either is sore for a little bit or I get a quick sharp pain in it. Any idea, other than icing, on how I can rehab it and is there anykind of streching or warm ups I can do to not f it up even more?
