Default How to reduce weight


As i am doing day- night jobs in IT company, my weight is going to increase day to day and i am feeling uncomfortable. And also i don't have any time go to gym center.

Please some body help me about my problem and i will come out from my problem

I have worked the 12hr night shift as well for many years and it does mess up your metabolism, plus you tend to eat more often. If you don't have time to exercise while off from your shift then try this, because you are a nurse you probably get in a lot of walking during your shift . . . take advantage of this by walking as often and as far as you can while working, and of course walking up the stairs instead of taking the elevator. Also try to find a nurse buddy who also want to lose weight and or get in shape and who might be willing to walk with you on breaks (the few that you do have). When you eat, eat smaller meals and don't skip meals. Skipping meals only slows down your metabolism to preserve energy. Snack on raw almonds, whole grain chips, fruit, raw veggies (maybe with a non-fat dip) and avoid soda's and fast foods. It's not easy to lose weight, but if you keep focused you can discipline yourself to lose as much as you want too. Good luck!
