ive always stayed away from pain killers and asprins. everyone always says take something when i get a head ach or have pain some where. i always refuse and get the "why not?" i just say i dont need it but i always keep getting asked why not. they just cant grasp the fact that they are bad for you.

I take meds for my headaches.. only because if I dont.. I end up getting a migraine.. and I just cant deal with those... especially when they last 2 or 3 days... but I try not to take anything other than that..
