Does anyone else do this?

Before I go to bed every night, I put a full protein shake on the head of my toilet so i can chug some after I take those middle of the night piss trips we all take.

God knows I piss evey 2 hours. lol I chug the shake to prevent catabolism while sleeping, my wife thinks I'm crazy. I've beem doing for about 2 years now.

does anyone else drink/eat in the middle of the night?

You would be better of taking a few extra steps to the frige... Whey does not keep very well.. Don't believe me? don't rince out a shaker bottle for a day.. and then smell it...

I know what you mean..Man I wanna puke after that smell!!! Do you brush your teeth again after you drink it?? I cant stand having that taste in my mouth....

Whey in the morning (and I would guess during the night) sickens me. I just can't drink it.

LOL>..nooo!! it's on ice, I keep it in one of those little lunch carriers on ice.

So I'm the only one that does it? hmmm...I figured there would be more.
