Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Are there any other BBers on here that have to train around a disability? I have a condition like MS that impairs my hamstrings mostly so I have to get creative when training my legs but they get done. I would just like to hear from others in similar situations (moral support, inspiration, etc...) BCBulldog |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Fortunately I don't have anything as serious as a form of MS but I do train around a herniated disc problem. I have to be careful to work my lower back very srtictly. You're to be commended for training and good luck with your future efforts. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Greg Rando, a blind bodybuilder, is a very inspiring individual. He also has, IMO, one of the best natural physiques of all time. He is a NATURAL IFBB pro. http://www.fitnessatlantic.com/greg-rando.htm

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | I've seen pictures of a bodybuilder in Russia that is missing one hand and on the other side missing an elbow and everything below. Massive legs, and his one arm is great. He uses ropes to allow him to do curls and stuff with that arm without a hand. If the desire is there, you can do it.
