Default Cracking knees

Anybody have this problem? My knees constantly pop especially after training. I am not sure if I can link it to the knee problem I had for about three months that just healed but I know its not normal. I did some research on Loose Joint Syndrome and think that could be it. Anybody else experience this?

Hello King welcome to the site... I dont have any personal knowledge of this... but I did find this for ya...

Joint Cracking”

From Jonathan Cluett, M.D.,

Do you need to worry about creaking and popping joints?

Not usually. Joint cracking, commonly in the ankles and knees when walking up steps, is usually a benign condition that you do not need to worry about. While the exact cause is hard to detect, you are not doing damage to the joints when you hear them crack.
If you have pain associated with the cracking joints, then you should be evaluated to make sure there is not an underlying problem. But the average snapping ankles, or creaking knees is not a problem.

I can see if I can find some more for ya...

If there is no pain there is no need to get thing checked out.

So the question is does it hurt?

That sounds like something my brother had.

It bothered him for about 6 mos and his doctor prescribed the now recalled drug rofecoxib (Vioxx). I haven't heard him talk about it recently so it must have gone away.
