Recipes: 3 Rep Power: 230   | You're just trying to sell your Uncles products :P. I personally love that crap, bad joints or sore muscles ... pulls the strain right out of them. GEnerally lasts 1-2 hours, and kinda expensive -- but worth it when you feel like you just did the heaviest 20 reps of your life.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | :bigthumbu Yesterday was my back day and my lower back was really sore from deadlifts today. I had a sample pack of the Biofreeze and put it on my lower back. Holy crap...within a minute the menthol started to kick in. It felt great! |
