Default ....any idea?

recently, like a few days ago, in my workouts i would feel a burn in my chest after any chest exercises are done. its my heart thats feeling it, not the muscle or any part around it.

the burn isnt extreme, but enough to annyo me.

it will last about 45 minutes after the workout, with intensity tapering.

any ideas? thanks.

Hmmm..only on chest days? If it were your heart you'd be feeling it during every workout not just chest. Could be a mild strain or pull but if your concerned it's never a bad thing to have your doctor look at it.

My advice is go to the doctors when it involves your heart. DF is right if it was a heart issue it would likely bother you when doing any physical activity.

My friend just had a problem where he had extreem pain in his chest. It was so bad he thought he was having a heart attack and went to ER. the pain lasted for a few weeks, and he had every test imaginable done and the final prognosis was that he strained a muscle...

But like I said go to the doctor.... Better safe than sorry.
