Default yesterdays workout

wow that was possible the best but the worst workout ive ever done ran 2 miles did my routine. threw up. and had some finished with some really good benches.

don't run two miles before you train. there is no benefit. If you want to run 2 miles, then do it after you train or at a completely different time.
