Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | Ummm. Its because the lift also hits your biceps. Not as hard as your triceps or chest but it still hits it. You may just have lagging biceps so it may hit them harder till they build up some. I remember when I first started my controller muscles were very weak so it was hard to use DB's. But I stuck through it and got them stronger along with my biceps. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | alright, so right now i do 4 sets of chest exercises. should i lower them to 2 sets and in a few months increase it? because today my incline dumbells went like this set 1- 40x10 set 2-40x9 set 3-40x5 set 4-40x3 should i just do 2 sets and then increase over a few months? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | so because my bicep stabilizers arent good yet, should I just do 2 sets of the incline presses? this also only happens when i lower it far enough to get that big stretch. should i not go that low? |

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Yeah has everything to do with stabilizers, if you do it with barbell, you probably won't get as much of pump in your biceps, but take it as a good thing as long as it isn't weakening you on other days.
