Add 1/2 - 1 cup of dry oats to pan when watter is boiling. Turn down the heat and wait till it's cooked. | |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | I try to get as much of my protein from whole foods as possible, but whey protein is good first thing in the morning, pre-w/o, and especially post-w/o. When you take it post-w/o mix it with water so it is absorbed quicker, and don't forget to add some carb source. Normally I try to eat a real meal about 1-1.5 hours before I workout, but if this isn't possible for you take the whey and mix it with something like oats and you should be fine. Whey really isn't a great protein to take at night because it absorbs so quickly, so if you want to take it at night mix it with skin milk to slow down the digestion. Just my $.02. ![]() |
