| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | Yeah, bump on all of these. Rows, seated rows, 1 arm rows, deadlifts, pull up, weighted pull ups, these should be the main exercises for anyone training back.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | And when training your back don't forget to add some lower back exercises. I know way too many people who have disregarded lower back exercises and now they can't perform any type of rigorous bodybuilding exercise. Sorry for changing the subject a bit but I think this is an issue that needed to be addressed.

![]() I have to disagree with a lot of the exercises mentioned here for back width though. A lot of those movements are great for back thickness, but for width nothing beats pullups, chins, rack chins, pulldowns, etc. and other similar movements. While barbell bent rows, deadlifts, etc. will effect it somewhat these are primarily back thickness exercises. I can certainly feel the difference in how they hit my lats when I do them. | |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Everyone has mentioned exercise, but no one has mentioned the type of contraction when doing these exercise. In doing any of these exercise I believe the contration is just as important in feeling how the muscle contracts to help develope muscle maturity & the fullness of its belly..

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | It sounds a little weird doesn't it. I tried them out and sort of felt not normal, but I did like them. |
