| Pro Stature | I never set goals. I just eat as much as I can and train as intense as possible I might deadlift 100 for 2, next time ill do my best to get 105 for 2. If i fail and only get it for 1 and a half i wait for next back day and try getting that 105 for 2 again.

| Pro Stature | By the time football rolls around, if I hit these lifts, I will be set: ATG squats: 265 for reps (now at 205 for reps) and 200 for 20 reps Inclines: 185 on BB or 80lb DB's for reps Shoulder press: 135 on BB or 65 on DB's for reps Deadlift: 335 for a max (now at 275) Stiff leg DL: 275 for reps (now at 240 for reps) Shrugs: 405 for reps (now at 335 for reps) Pullups: 6 reps with BW (now at maybe 1 on a good day) At a bodyweight of 180 (dry) (now at 168.5) I have 4 months to go This actually isnt much for a football player, oh well :\ |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 33 | honestly, i set a goal at the beginning of the year that seemed unreachable, but i think i may be able to accomplish it. my goal was to gain 25lbs in 1 year, and stay at almost the same bodyfat. jan 1st 2005 --> 141lbs march 29th 2005 --> 150lbs jan 1st 2006 --> ??? (hopefully 165lbs)
