What supps do your parents let you take?

My dad lifts himself and has done it for years so he let me take almost anything legal
My mom doesnt know much about it so shes worried i might take something bad and ruin myself. The first time i bough an amino fuel bottle from Twinlab it said "anabolic" in the front and my mom thought it was steroids so she emptied the bottle and threw it away and did the same with my whey protein tub. What a waste of money! I cant complain because words like that really scare people who dont know what amino acids are. And she didnt do it on purpose, she did it because she didnt want me to take bad stuff

lol nothin they think that whey protein gon hurt my kidney cuz its not natural protein and when they found out i was takin creatine they had a cow (my dad was the one who bought it for me, didnt even read the label)

My parents let me take anything I want...which is kind of scary when you think of it. Only thing I use besides whey, vitamin, EFAs, aminos is creatine. Using CEE right now.

But I know what you mean, for some reason my family thought supplements were inherently bad and dangerous. Back when I first started, they tried hard to convince me that I could get all my nutrients from food. All I could say was, "Chill out. It's just Whey Protein."

My moms a nurse, so it sucks... Medical and Scientifics conflict each other sadly.. Take those stupid obesity stanard things, it says that essentially every person in the NFL is grossly obesse and fat. But she is starting to understand, but it's that she has a bit of a problem, one of those people who thinks her opinion is the only one that matters, and junk..But i'm pursuading her (she thinks bb'ing is stupid and ridiculous).

I'd never be able to get away with taking anything illegal since my uncle is a Chiropractor who specializes in Nutrition.. but that's also great because he convinces my parents about what certain things are so I don't have to argue with them about it..

in all honesty, i have 34lbs of protein, 1000g creatine monohydrate, 1 bottle of LEGAL GEAR: dermasize, multi's, and free samples of BCAA's....thats it...its not like im walking around with bottles of test and a syringe telling my parents that its liquid creatine....lol
