What should I do? Right now I’m 6’0 and 219lbs. and in football. As soon as off season starts I want to start cutting right away .I would be lifting 5 days a week and doing some type of cardio everyday as a part of the off-season program. .I’ve read everywhere that you should bulk first and then cut. Well I really don’t want to get any bigger than I am now. I don’t mean muscle wise I mean fat .What I really want to do is lower my bf%. would I be alright if I started cutting right away? I would be lifting 5 days a week so I shouldn’t lose a lot of muscle. I would eat as clean as I can considering school food and everything. What should I do? |
