Default Weight Training Class

We have a weight training class at my high school and they are doing things wrong here.

They are having us do supersets the day before we max out on benchpress AND powerclean.

How are we supposed to do our best if we are still feeling the burn from yesterdays workout?

yea i took it my final semester of high school i lost some weight doin it cause prior to that i did not exercise. was 220 when i started and at the end of the year i was 193. But thats because i had a good diet and i didn't do most of the things he has us doin. The teacher was the football coach and he was dumb as hell didn't know anything. I told him and i failed the class but i didn't need it cause i had all my electives and i think i failed the class also cause i got senoiritis so that could be a another reason to.

but i enjoyed it i worked out every day i just didn't do the stupid stuff...even tho i got a bad grade it was a class i didn't need.

I was never able to get a serious workout in those classes. Just with everyone all around and watching... Idk, thats just me, I like to concentrate when I lift. I still got a 100% in course LOL

I'm in the weight class this year, and it is actually KICK ASS. We got to choose our two supplementary lifts to bench, squat and cleans.
