| IMPC Contestant | Well, of course they're going to want to eat during work and school, a favorite meal of mine is: 10oz chicken + 1 cup brown rice. Fry the chicken in a skillet. In a bowl on the side mix a packet of "Sun-Birds's Hot and Spicy Szechwan Seasoning Mix" with 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1/4 cup water and 1 tbsp splenda (they suggest sugar, but I use either equal or splenda). Add some veggies to the chicken, then pour sauce overtop of all. Begin to microwave the rice. Put something overtop of your skillet to allow the vegetables to steam. Once rice is done (6-7 minutes) just top the stir fry on the rice! It's an AMAZING meal. Pretty healthy too, the only thing is the soy sauce has a decent amount of sugar in it, but we're teens, we'll live
