Default Are these decent gains?

Incline chest press: 8 lbs (dumbells) >>> 15 lbs
Bicep curls: 8 lbs >>> 12.5 lbs
Tricep (overhead, one arm): 8 lbs >>> 11 lbs
Tricep pulldown: 25 lbs >>> 35 lbs
Front raise (shoulder): 5 lbs >>> 8 lbs
Lat pulldown: 25 lbs >>> 60 lbs
Cable row: 30 lbs >>> 45 lbs
Bent over row: 8 lbs >>> 12 lbs
Crunches on the ball: 0 lbs >>> 5 lbs
Hanging leg raise: 0 lbs >>> 5 lbs
Lunges: 0 lbs >>> 10 lb plates in each hand
Seated calf raises: 0 lbs >>> 10 lbs
Shoulder press: 8 lbs >>> 12 lbs

I started around June and now these are my gains.

Great, aslong as you are going up thats great stuff, any gain is good! Those are good . Keep it up.

Haha yeah, me too. My max bench used to be like 100 lbs, or maybe even less.

But the weights are going up, and that's always a good thing Pating420! Congrats!

i remember putting 115 on the bench in high school and having it crash down on my chest the second it left my spotters hands.....that was only 5 years ago

I had the same thing happen when I started, but it was with 95 lbs!
