| is missing heavy pulls | Okay some of us teens are holding a little competition for some fun! Contestants bigDman: Age:14 Total Newbie: Age: 15 Flowsybaby: Age: 17 Ayung: Age: 16 Master Of Puppets: Age:15 AaronM: Age:17 Ravadongon: Age 16 What are we doing Each week we will Post up our max lifts Just fill out what’s below Squat: Deadlift: Bench: Total of the 3 above: Powerclean(optional): I understand not everyone powercleans so I left that optional What if I don’t max out but still want to participate? Well I know not all teenagers max out so I figure if we all calculate our max lifts the same way it will still be fair. So if you want to calculate your one rep max use this calculator http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/1rm.htm Make sure you fill out your lifts so we know you used it by typing in what you real did and then the estimation For example Bench: 185x2 Estimated: 190 When does this contest end? September 1st 2006 What do I do if I want to join All you have to do is PM me with your age, max deadlift, powerclean, squat, and bench. Please don't PM me if your not a teenager What are the prizes Well this competition is mostly for bragging rights, but the winner does get a cool custom user title How do I win? You can win in any of the following categories Best Deadlift Best Squat Best Bench Best Powerclean Most Improved Best Total for Deadlift, Squat, and Bench: Last edited by Sholiz : 09-18-2005 at 02:41 PM. |

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | We should make it so the person with the most strength gains win. Not how much you can lift right now, all people started and lifted different and this should even out. |

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Take 3 lifts. Take 1 month to focus on that lift to get it as high as possible. Whoever makes the greatest strength gains in a certain lift winds something I guess. |

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | How about some total weight/body weight. Who ever has the biggest percentage wins? It wouldn't be fair for a 200 pounder who benches 300 to compete with a guy who weighs 150 and benches 225.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | Yea. I'm at like 153 now so BigDman who weighs 180 is less impressive. Except for the insane fact that he is 14 and puts up much better numbers than me. |
