(End weights minus start weights) divided by start weights and multiply x 100 that gives a the % increase in strength relative to start weights 2. (End weights minus start weights) divided by end body weight and multiply x 100 gives % increase relative to end body weight Thoughts?? ![]() |

| IMPC Contestant | I wasn't going to do it, but I think I will... My current calculated maxes (as of my last workout) are..... MAXES (calculated on bb.com): Bench: 157 Deadlift 273 Squat 200 STATS: Height - 5'10 Weight - 154 Been ages since I squatted due to soccer season, should be interesting to see if those fly up. I'd imagine and hope they should.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I'll join in but i got a few ?'s are we supposed to be submitting our maxes for every week or will we be giving estimations after the first week? also im not sure if i'd be able to submit new maxes every week due to the fact that the program im following wont be an accurate weight for what i can lift, so since the contest ends 07.01.06 wont you just take the final maxes compared to our beginning maxes or do you need the weekly #'s? age - 17 weight - 180 I will max out by the end of this week for those exercises then submit them |
