Default squats


aight. ever since ive started doing squats about 4-5 months ago, i get bad back pain in every day activities if im at least slightly bent over for more than 5 minutes. ive just been living with it, hoping to get over it, but even after taking over a month off lifting anything heavy with my back it is still terrible. i had to shovel the driveway today, i got about halfway through and gave up because it was unberable.

my form with squats is good, and it dosent hurt while im doing them, never has. im only 14, and im sort of worried that ive already messed up.

i hate not doing squats, so any comments/suggestions? thanks.
