| Pro Stature | Well over the summer I had gotten a max of 255 on bench!Since football season started i have not been lifting as much because of practice.Well now that the season is over we are going to be testing on monday (maxing out).Today I maxed to get an idea of what I would get on Monday.I couldn't even get 245.I am soo pissed.Is there anyway i'll be able to get 255 monday or at least 245?Please help!!!!

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | First mistake was trying to max out a few days before doing it again! You just killed yourself on dong that. So your max will be less then what you did today... there is no way to get it up, just rest now and don't worry. Why does it matter if you need a big bench? Just focus in the off-season. |

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | gakic... lol.. Just kidding... eat a crap load... up the carbs big time... and rest... that won't help you bench more than normal, just will allow you to optimally reach your max...

Yes it is but it isnt the same as offseason.We're not able to lift as much and not given as much time to rest between workouts.
