Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Here's my dilemma: I have fairly small wrists, and I beleive it may be affecting the growth of my forearm muscles. The only reason I can think of to justify the wrist size is the fact that I am just starting to go through puberty. Has this happened to anybody else, and if so, have your wrists gotten bigger as you got older? On a side note, I doubt it's just forearm weakness that is cauing them to grow very slowly: not only do most regular exercises give them a good burn, but I usually do forearm isolation exercises as well to ensure that I hit them hard. I wrist curl upwards of 90 lbs. for my workouts, so I guess I am just confused! |

I would say continue hitting them hard and you will grow. You will grow lots during puberty but I dont know how much your wrists will. |

Also, just to see what all of you mean by small wrists; when you wrap your hand around your wrist, how much do your fingers overlap one-another? Personally, I can put my thumb on top of my index finger-nail. (If that makes any sense) |
