Default School -- too busy, no time to workout

Okay so I have a problem.

1. It's my senior year in highschool, and almost everyday after school I have to go to yearbook meetings/other clubs, plus i have review math classes for entrance exams.

2. I don't always have someone around at home to drive me to the gym if ever I get home early after school (I ride the bus)

3. I only have 10-15 mins in between blocks and it's hard for me to get a good meal in (those 10-15 mins are just for walking to your next class)

4. The gym opens at 6 am, and my bus leaves at 7:20 am. I don't have enough time to go to the gym in the AM, then have to come back home, eat breakfast, prepare for school, all before 7:20 (I will most prob. be late if i do.)

So ...

1. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make time?
2. Good meals that I can take around with me in school, nothing that I have to sit down and eat?
3. Is anyone else in the same situation??

THANKS

I'm in a similar situation though not as bad as you...

The best tip I can give you is prepare everything the night before...Breakfast, PWO meal, lunch, supps, water bottle, the lot...Have everything set up so in the morning you can get out the door go to the gym, then come home with breakfast ready eat and get out of the door.

Tupperware is a good thing to buy, you can easily carry all your food around in it. Another good thing to get is a cooler bag, so your food doesn't go 'off' in the heat.

As for food, cans of tuna, boiled eggs, wholemeal pasta, fruit, shakes, skim milk and chicken or Natural PB sandwiches... are the kind of stuff I normally take to school. A thing you might want to try is to make some homemade protein bars.
