Well there not bad but for your weight you could be a lot stronger.How long have you been lifting?If your just starting out,then don't worry you'll get a lot stronger soon.But don't be discouraged,for my weight I could be a lot stronger too.Im about 210lbs.All you need to do is stay focused and keep workin hard!Set goals and do what you need to do to reach them!Keep working hard!I worked hard to get where I am and im goin to keep workin!

Does your school have a weight room?do you have a local gym you can go to? Try to find a place with plenty of equipment for you to use.Also where there are others there to help you.Don't be afraid to ask others for help or advice.Im sure they'll gladly give it to you.Work hard!

| Amateur | yeah my school has a weight room for athletes only tho... i find that stupid... and i go to a local gym.... lol im not afraid to ask only way i learn stuff thanks for the advice ![]() |
