whats the best flavor of protein from tp for taking in with water?

you could get it plain and then mix it with koolaid packs to have it any flavor you want....that way it offers you variety...

i either do that, or get it flavored and mix it with milk.

you can choose what sweetener you want, then you dont need to add sugar with the kool-aid

Grape splash by primaforce, on sale for 16.99 or so at ***************. It taste like grape coolaid. It is a protein isolate and it rocks!!!!!!!!! :rock:

Have you tried the watermelon ?? i did and i hated it, it was to lolly type for me, however i want to try the grape. I also had the peach one from syntrax (fuzzy navel) and i liked that. So its either PrimaForce Grape, or a dif flavor of the syntrax, any advice :nosthumbs
