Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0   |  O/T Finally the PUMP!!! 3 Years I've been lifting, one has been bodybuilding, the other 2 just an on/off lost in the fog kinda thing. None the less, those 2 years I did a pyramid, full body, threeday split with compound exercises. Not worn, not a pump nothing in my delts for 3 years not even a slight 'burn'. Tonight was finally the night for me. Doing HST and on the 6 rep cycle, I load the bar for military press. I got done with the set, and I was feeling pretty froggy, so I supersetted with behind the neck press. I pump a few reps and and bam thats when it hit me, at least a little burn. So I went to 6 reps barely getting the last two. I get the weight down and to my surprise I FINALLY got a pump in my delts, truely amazing feeling I've never had before :nosthumbs , I'm going to start supersetting with my delts until I need to switch it up again and find something else to work, but I'm so PHYSCHED (sp please) Its so AWESOME |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 13  | Did you cum? Sorry, I had to say that. Arnold seems to be a fan of the pumps... ya know... just a little bit  I've never gotten a shoulder pump, but then again, I haven't hit shoulders heavy in awhile (damned swimming)
