Default Need some routine help

I need some help with getting a routine going,I'm really having an off day on getting ideas so if you guys could help me out a little.I was doing max-ot,but I think I'm getting to the point of overtraining with a five day split.I respond better to low volume with a 3 or 4 day split,I'm about 180lbs (don't check my weight alot) I obviously need to gain mass.I've looked around on here,but really haven't found much,and I dunno why I can't think of anything.Anyways thanks in advance

also:I want to compete in a couple years,if that helps any,and I only have a home gym (freeweights)

Just do something simple and stick with it. I have no clue if you workout or not also.. you've been up and down with a million and one different routines at a time I can't even keep track.

Go to www.leehayward.com and search up the 12 week program he has posted on his site and also find the diet part for squats and milk.

I've been working out peaked,just not been posting my routine,Its been more mentally up and down (in my head) if I wanted to quit or not,but I kept workingout....thanks for the input

1 that has been absolutely outstanding for me is

day 1 - chest / back/ shoulders
day 2 - off(legs)
day 3 - arms
day 4- off (legs)
day 5 chest / back / shoulders
day 6 - off (legs)
day 7 - off

between day 2,4,6 every second do legs
