| Banned | I need some help with getting a routine going,I'm really having an off day on getting ideas so if you guys could help me out a little.I was doing max-ot,but I think I'm getting to the point of overtraining with a five day split.I respond better to low volume with a 3 or 4 day split,I'm about 180lbs (don't check my weight alot) I obviously need to gain mass.I've looked around on here, but really haven't found much, and I dunno why I can't think of anything.Anyways thanks in advance |
