sup, i started liftin bout 8 or so months ago, im 6'2 at around 165 pounds. iv been doing max-ot training 4-6 reps and bout 16 sets for large muscle groups n 6-8 for smaller ones. but i havnt notice any gains in the past 3 months or so. i eat was eatin round 4000-5000 cals a day when i was actually stickin to my diet but recently i havnt.. i recently found out u gotta switch up ur rountine every 4-5weeks and i never have, also found out that DBs n what not are better for chest and ive just been a BB guy. so i was wonderin if someone or khan since hes made huge gains could help me out with a solid routine (sets, reps, exercies). would be really helpful! btw heres some pics

dont worry man, im doin max-ot too at the moment, almost done

max-ot is more of a powerlifting type of program than a bodybuilding one, imo

hows your gains been in strength though?

yea i dont think the 4-6 reps is good for mass gains, if youre experienced enough (at least 3 years serious lifting) and want some serious mass gains you should look into reading some dc material but make sure you know the program before you start it

or if youre somewhat of a beginner bump up the reps to 6-8 like usmuscle said and keep sets moderate (i keep them at 6 a bodypart) and do a good 3 or 4 day split

us knows his stuff, dont worry
