Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | If I were you, I would include two full rest days back to back, you may be overtraining having only cardio for rest days. |

| is missing heavy pulls | well i really dont get a chance for 2 rest days a week because i have lacrosse practice everyday accept sun... i also try to do my legs saterday so i have a rest day after them and also a thing i do to make sure im not over trian is track my resting heart beat... before i get out of bed every morn. i take my heart beat andy jumps in it means overtraining it staying constant means im good you might want to go and check out my journal for an example |

| is missing heavy pulls | no but i always traced my heart rate and i notice everytime it went up i had all the signsof overtraining so i kept following it and it hasnt let me down yet |
