IF you are just starting out... you need to get yoruself a good whey protein and eat lots of food. Try to get in 5-6 meals a day in. These meals don't have to be huge, but maybe peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and other things are good for gaining. Hit the gym 3-4 times a week. I would do that for a while and then try some creatine, maybe a NO2 type supplement, and go on from there.

I am around 140, and want to gain 10-20 pounds, preferably muscle, but i only have 6% body fat so i am started using muscle juice. Also i just got some creatien(creakic i think) but i am hasty to use it. I dont like to put anything into my body that is not natural. So.. i guess my question is "is muscle juice and other powders good to use, when supplimented to your regular meals and should i start useing the createin." Also, if you could give me a few ideas for a good workout that would be great, thanks

p.s. sorry for the spelling, to lazy to read over it

Wait to take the supplements until your gains slow. You have really high test. right now and that will be your biggest asset. You can take Muscle Juice. Creakic should be put on hold for atleast a little while. If you take it now you won't know if it works or not. When you are just starting out, if you eat you will gain. Supplements aren't miracle potions.

Read a lot of material at various sites. I suggest starting at www.leehayward.com and read the articles posted on his main site.

You should be able to develop a diet and supplement routine. And there are plenty of good routines out there on his site. Including his 12-week program and squats and milk.

http://exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html
Look there for correct form and exercise names for you to memorize. This isn't going to come over night though. It's like school, but more enjoyable.

Supplement wise, start creatine after you get a year of serious lifting in. You're going to start gaining rapidly when you get everything down. Build up a base and than start on something different later on down the road.

Good luck, and if you need any help, I am free to help.

Multi vitamin, fish oil, and whey protein are the basic supplements...

www.ast-ss.com or Hypertrophy-specific training (HST) for beginners, search around on this forum for about 15 minutes, you'll have everything you need to know.

I give good advice, I just don't personally put most of it into play for myself.

Rule #2, Ask peaked for his pics

I prefer taking advice from people who wear their credintials :-D
like my trainer. I'm currently making a music video with some footage of me him and another kid at our gym. can't wait for monday to edit!

I would browse these forums and some of them at bodybuilding.com, both sites have awesome articles on everything imaginiable and just find anything. get your diet straightened up and things will come easier then ever!

Eat a ton, get enough protein (200 grams) and DON'T use HST.

Eat
Eat
Eat
Eat

Don't use HST

Eat
Eat

Take a good multi and whey is a great option if you have a fast pace lifestyle.

If you are going to do a specific routine, go with a West Side Barbell or variation thereof. If you want to go simpler, just go with a 5X5 routine and encorperate some extra volume here and there.

Did I mention to eat?

And eat before bed

and don't forget your multi.
