Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 10 | Well, i have been on anti-biotics for the past 2 months. I decided to stop gym while i got settled in (severe effects from the drug) So its been 2 months, and i decided to get back into the gym today. As expected my lifts were garbage, and so on. I have never been "cut" but i would love to be, the thing is i don't have that much muscle mass on me, and i would still like to cut, then bulk, since my BF is anywhere from 20-28%. Few questions: I will be doing cardio on the bike 3 times a week, and gym 3 times a week. With the cardio, should i do it before or after dinner, since i will be doing it in the evening on the days i don't workout. How long should i ride the bike for ?? HIIT or slower 30 min time ?? How important is it to count calories, since i never have, but since i want to cut, is it imperative, or should i just make sure i get a lot of protein, and stop eating junk food, not that i eat that much. Also, with my diet, im not sure whether i eat to much or to little for my weight, since i hardly feel "hungry" and havn't for a while. You can see a pic of me in the IMPC forum here, which is from a while back, i am still a bit chubby, and want to get cut up, again i have never been cut and i want to have the feeling of that body type :nosthumbs Any other advice or questions i would love, in the gym today, it was like climbing a huge wall, since i hadn't done gym for so long ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 13 | cardio in the morning before eating i never count my cals, just try eating with moderation im guessing slower cardio as it is more likely to jsut burn fats eat 6 times a day with small meals, each weak try to reduce what you eat by a little.

| Nublarsaurusrex | i prefer low intensity cardio in the morning before eating (30-45 minutes) to burn as much fat as possible with as little muscle wastage as possible.
