Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Sup guys. I've been trying working out for over 5 months now and I've actually lost a lot of weight. I'm 5'9 and I'm down from 185 to 150 (according to my scale) now. But this still isn't good enough. I've lost some fat off my belly, but I still need to get rid of more fat! I can see that I've got a 6-pack, but it's under my fat. My daily routine: 1. wake up and go to school 2. come back at 3 3. eat lunch at 4 4. start working out at 6:30 5. stop working out at around 8:30 6. eat dinner at 8:45/9:00 I usually begin my workout stretching. Then I'd jog/run for 30 minutes. After that I would do my abdominal and chest exercises. Finally I'd work out my arms w/ weights. When I take a shower, I usually jog in place for a couple minutes and do pushups before I get in. My daily diet: - I eat 2 times a day during school days (3 times if I decide to get lunch at school) - I eat 3 times a day on weekends lunch at 11:00 (4:00 on school days) - rice w/ some chicken or beef w/ veggetables - fruits dinner at ~9:00 everyday - varies, but I try not to eat fried things/fatty foods - fruits It would be appreciated if you guys could give me help. | Amateur | thanks to a very inteligent person on this board ive learned that cutting dairy = cutting some bodyfat personally i still use dairy in my shakes but after around 6 or 7 dairy is a no-no lol

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Ok, I haven't been working out for the last 3 days, but I'm gonna start again. The weird thing is, I've been eating a lot and haven't gained an ounce of weight. I'm still at around 143-150 lbs. My goal isn't to lose weight, but it's to gain muscle and burn off the loose fat around my stomach. That's it, plain and simple. So far I'm pretty happy with what I've done over the last few months, losing 35 lbs off my body. But I have to achieve my goal. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Good job on the weight loss. Your goal however is somewhat difficult to accomlish at the same time. You need to make a choice: keep reducing your bodyfat or decide to dedicate your time to putting on serious mass. It seems to me that 35 pounds is already a considerable amount of weight so If I were you I would dedicate myself to gaining mass. You really aren't going to reduce your bodyfat any further while trying to build muscle, perhaps a few pounds with diet changes but nothing drastic. You can however keep your bodyfat relatively the same while still putting on muscle. Do some searching about diet then about training. If you have questions abotu diet/training just post again and we'll be happy to help.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | 2 hours of working out? 2 meals a day? If that's what you meant in your post... I'd suggest fixing that up a bit.
