Interesting that this thread woke up from the grave...

When I stopped growing, at age 20 or so, I measured 5'10¾".

Recently I had people telling me I must be about 5'9" and I argued, saying I'm almost 5'11"...

So I measured again to see where I was at, and lo and behold, I'm 5'9¼"... OMFG I lost 1½" in 18 years? Is my spine turning into jelly? :wtf:

6'5". 21yrs old. Hopefully Im done growing.

Hate being this tall. Gonna have to get so heavy to look even remotely built. Which will put running long distant down the toilet :X?

im 6'5" almost 6'6". being tall has its downsides more than advantages, back problems, hard to fill out, but theres more room to gain!

I shrank too, Grunt. In 8th grade, I was 5' 8" and that's where I stopped growing and I was solidly at 5' 8" for a long time. My wife is 5' 6" and, it's been a slow progressive thing, but within the last couple of years I started to notice that I am just barely taller than she is now. So I measured myself, and I'm 5' 7" now. People I know who I used to be just as tall as are now slightly taller than me. Maybe heavy lifting has the effect of shrinking you a bit. My shrinkage does kind of correlate with the time I started lifting hardcore.
