It's usually subtle. You'll start feeling wore down and strength loss and if it's bad enough you'll start to waste muscle.

well golf season is over with so and i started working out and right when i started working out i felt like shit

i live in pennsylavania as well

my routine work out sucks ass because i dont have much equipment

Shoulder presses
1set - til failure
2set - 5 more pounds 8 reps
3set - 10 more pounds 10 reps
4set - til failure

Rinse and Repeat with Barbel Curls and Reverse barbell curls.

Diet i dont have a diet i eat organic food i was raised on organic food.

I take Creatine and whey protein and aminoacids and vitamin water.

This is the only workout you do? How many times a week do you do it?

wow... what about everything else? like legs, chest, back, triceps.

And 2-3 times a day... when is your body supposed to rest? Remember, you grow outside of the gym, not while in it.

Yeah

Try and work out 3 days A WEEK not everyday.

If you do that your muscles won't get a chance to grow and your only killing yourself.

And being a golfer you need to have a good upperbody so if you keep on doing this your just going to hurt yourself in the long run.
