Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | i live in pennsylavania as well my routine work out sucks ass because i dont have much equipment Shoulder presses 1set - til failure 2set - 5 more pounds 8 reps 3set - 10 more pounds 10 reps 4set - til failure Rinse and Repeat with Barbel Curls and Reverse barbell curls. Diet i dont have a diet i eat organic food i was raised on organic food. I take Creatine and whey protein and aminoacids and vitamin water. |

| Pro Stature | Yeah Try and work out 3 days A WEEK not everyday. If you do that your muscles won't get a chance to grow and your only killing yourself. And being a golfer you need to have a good upperbody so if you keep on doing this your just going to hurt yourself in the long run. |
