Hey guys i was finally able to test my DL and i pulled out a 320!

my first MAX test for a DL i had just bought 2 new 45's today and put them to the test with my deadlift and i did every weight in my basment for a soild DL i prob wont be doing a 320 bench tho for a long time tho but i guess 320 DL at 15 is great im happy at least

Just make sure you keep a slight arch in your lower back, and keep your abs flexed hard while you do it.

how big are you may i ask??
at 15 i did my first deadlift and got 315 :p and i was 350+ 6'2'' and was my first ever deadlift i wanna see how bad/good i am compared to others :p

but i guess im pretty big for my age i def have a really big chest. I get told that alot my arms are...idk ill have to measure those

well i did a 315lb bench once... my adrenaline was pumpin also cuz i got like 275... :p

when you squat, don't flex your abs, breath into your stomach and push it out. Wider base = stronger.
