Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Decreasing bodyfat while bulking is like an oxymoron. The point of bulking is to increase bodyfat slightly to ensure the most muscle gained. |

There are a number of factors that would make this an almost impossible task:- Diet Training Routine Cardio Sleep ......... All these factors must be taken into consideration and adapted to your physical capability and genetics. |

You're right. Unless of course you drop the term "bulking." Putting on mass without increasing bodyfat is a good way to go. Increasing mass while lowering bodyfat...well that's possible... but not easy. AS
