Default Creatine - People's Mis-Informed Mind

Good Afternoon/Evening/Morning

This isn't another thread with the same old question most of us experience from the forums at bb.com, so stay with me

Now,

Why do people insist on forcing creatine into a negative spotlight?

Because, for the reasons only known to the religious figures, these people are Misinformed somehow.

The majority of the BodyBuilding World understands the concept of Creatine, We understand that it also come's from natural food sorces such as red meats, We have read numerous articles on the subject, and if not read heard of the Supplement.

I have never taken the supplement and am in no position to judge the product, but when some people describe it as a Anabolic Steroid and say it causes Liver Damage immediately, it hurts me to think of the ignorance of some people.

This post is in no way directed at anyone in pirticular just the minority of people that consider the supplement to be illegal and dangerous.

So my question to you is: -

Your personal opinion on the product?

and

Do you feel that there is an increasing number of people mis-informed of the product?

Thanks.

I think ppl are very misinformed about it. I did a report on it a little over a year ago and i found out it's very beneficial for other ppl and not just athletes.

IMO i think it's a very good supplement. It's one of the very few supps that has plenty of research and studies on it and for the majority of the ppl it works.

Creatine can never be a steroid. Chemically impossible. Print out a chemical structure of test then compare it with creatine. They are two totally different things. Creatine definitely has its uses and has helped me. The one gripe I have with creatine users is that too much emphasis is placed on creatine itself, rather than diet or training. Creatine in and of itself is useless without a proper diet/training plan. The same goes for any supplement.

Creatine is just NOT even remotely similar to a steroid.

its just the same old thing as always...people hear one thing from someone else and are too lazy to find out on their own. consequently, misinformation spreads and people are just so damn apathetic that they don't bother with the truth.

It gets me kinda angry when i have to hear constant shit from people. "you're not that big, because you take creatine" "hey water muscles come here" "man you should have stayed natural you're so fake now"

These are some of the retarded things people have said to me. I think it's mostly high school jealousy. The thing i always come back at them with is "do you think if you took it you would be as big as me?".
