Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Well I started taking creatine yesterday...I love it. But I wake up today, and my voice is noticiably lower- it isn't just a bit lower, the change is very very obvious. And I know it isn't puberty since I already went through a voice change prior to this. Maybe creatine causes the release of some hormones that are causing this? Or maybe it's just me? |
