Default Check out my diet

I'll get totals later and post them up. This is what I am going to start eating on a daily basis at school. I am not trying to bulk or cut, just maintain and clean up my diet so I might lose some bodyfat.

Meal 1:
1 scoop whey in milk
8 oz. orange juice
1 bagel
Sometimes some coffee or green tea. I run late a lot.

Meal 2:
beef jerky sticks
granola

Meal 3:
2 roast beef sandwiches on wg bread
Ima try and get about 16oz. of a broccoli and carrot mix in here
Sometimes a carton of milk

Snack before wrestling:
Can't eat a lot before wrestling practice. This meal will change in a week when the season is over.

1 Nature Valley granola bar

After wrestling (2 hours later):
1 scoop whey in milk
8oz. orange juice
1/2 cup quick oats

1 hour after wrestling:
Chicken and 2 tbsp of olive oil

Before bed (1 hour later):
3 harboiled eggs, and a 20g shake

OR

1 can of tuna with 2 tbsp. of natty pb

From the looks of it, I need more and better sources of fats, but I can't tell without the totals of everything. =-/

Thanks.

I got macros:

Protein: 235
Carbs: 345
Fat: 80

Calories: 3285

And 2Ripped4u, the only reason I have a shake in the morning is cause I usually never have time to cook. =-/ Otherwise, I'd do better. Also, before wreslting it's kinda hard to get a good protein bar in there because a homemade one would melt, and the ones I have right now aren't that great, but I can manage. (I think.)

I'd replace the granola bars with a handful of nuts. Preferebly almonds but peanuts will do also.

Yeah, that'd make my fat intake just about 15% of my diet, so I guess that would work. How much is "a handful"?
