I was looking on Lee Hayward's site, and I saw his program blast your squat. Anybody done this, and what kind of results did you get? Do any of you have the e-book?

I'm doing HST I'm about ready to do my 3 week which means 6 reps. Last night I did 160lbsx20 and it was way to easy, even on the last rep.

I didn't fail doing Lee's program I finished it up, just didn't post my workouts.

I'm just doing it for 6 weeks as of now to try it out.

Okay, how about making yourself a custom training program specialized to what you want to achieve. You tell me what your equipment is, goals, and me and you will work this out.

Sure...

Standard stuff peaked; Barbells,dumbells, bench with incline,and decline, punching bag, total gym, ab swing , ez curl bar, and of course weights, haha forgot to mention; my moms gazelle fo real son, lol.. I'm going to pick up an oylmpic bar with 300lbs of weights for $100 pretty soon here.

As far as goals: Basic stuff, I just wanna gain some quality muscle as always, but with some cardio thrown in for various reasons

I woulden't mind getting both :p Size before strength though, but usually they come hand in hand for me anyways

No kidding about the power rack, I've been keeping my eyes open...
