Default Arm workouts:)

So I was just wondering what your guys opinions are on having arms on there own day or having it on two different days like back/biceps chest triceps etc.. or both. On my new split I am having arms on a day by themselves, I have never done this before, but it seems to be working out better than when I did them on a back/biceps chest/triceps routine. Just wondering what you guys think. I am going to do both anyways for variation.

Right now my arm routine for the day is triset of
A-1 Skullcrushers
A-2 CG Bench
A-3 Skullcrusher
I rest around 1 1/2 min. to 2 min. depending on how I feel between sets for a total of 3 sets
Then I do
B-1 Reverse EZ bar Curls
B-2 Scott Zottman Curls
B-3 Reverse Ez bar Curls

Then I finish off the workout with a set or 2 of hammer curls. I just started this and will do this for another 4 or so workouts before I move on to a differnt workout. Anyways, I mentally focus on just using my arms as hooks and using my back muscles for back movements. That is at least why I think it is stupid people say that your biceps should be shot after a back workout. I mean usually they are, but not on purpose, my main goal is destroying my back on a back workout, and then destroying biceps on the biceps part. Anyways, just wondering, thanks.

I like hitting my back/bi's b/c most dont realize that ur bi's get hit pretty hard during most back movements. IMO if ur gonna do arms together be sure to have at least a day or two between chest and back.
Ex. Chest/back on MON. Legs tues. arms wed. shoulders either thursday or friday depending if u want to rest an extra day between.

I usually do that too, but variation is always good. Yes I know they get hit hard, but not on purpose, meaning I try to hit my back hard with back movements, not my biceps. I agree on the rest day. Thanks for the reply.

yeah there is a triset for the biceps.

B-1 Reverse EZ bar Curls
B-2 Scott Zottman Curls
B-3 Reverse Ez bar Curls

Ok well yeah the reverse ez bar curls hit the forearms too, but you get the jist.
